6. Please note that Anti Mullerian Hormone (AMH) test is not covered by Medicare. Pathology labs charge an additional cost to have this test completed (approximately $90 depending on the pathology lab). You can choose to not have this test completed when you visit the pathology lab. To obtain maximum information from your results, it is best to do this test on day 2-5 of your cycle.
7. To perform semen analysis test and ensure accuracy it is vital that the specimen is examined within 90 minutes. To facilitate this it is recommended that you contact your local fertility clinic to arrange the test. Here you can either produce your sample on site or bring it to the clinic within 60 minutes. Also, note, this test is not bulk billed.
